I am just reading what they have in the agreement.
Maybe BOPO can clarify where/when they will have the 6 million for part 3.1.2.
Maybe they will extend it. Who knows?
I don’t know because BOPO hasn’t been clear regarding this agreement.

On termination of this agreement due to HYFI failure to comply with 3.1, ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID
