announce the hiring of an accounting firm to do audited financials to get off the pinks.

I know many here have stated that it is "in the works"..Well, usually the first step is the announcement of the hiring of an accounting firm..No such announcement had been made. Maybe they have hired and not announced, but that would be unusual..IMO.
