On the call, Nils seemed to conveyed Brazil acquisition "may" occur. So much for a Brookmount definitive agreement to acquire it. He said all company effort and focus is/was on the Auditing process, so Brazil on back burner. Well then why and how so during the middle of the Audit process did you Nilsy boy arrange and PR the Brazil definitive (oops, changed to 'maybe') acquisition?
