Why on earth would a company work on a Registration Statement if it must include a Completed Audit? ROFL. Sounds sketch to me.. You can't have it both ways man!!

Common sense applies to BMXI.. Company not spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on Double Talk or Semantic. So give it a rest. Anyone who listened to the conference call knows what is up!
