As long as the board approves Mikah's offer, it will be a done deal !!!!!!!!!!!

Why is Mikah still in business and thriving when the SEC filings stated it would be winding down operations ????????????????????????????

I think we all know why and it is also why ELTP is cash flow positive and yet trades within a cent of all time lows ............. Not enough people wants to own a company that they do not trust,
