I guess it's just time to face the writing on the wall. the OTC markets, reverse mergers and the like are all done. It's just a depressing fact. You and I saw this coming when the new rules were announced. Many are just now finding out after years of being told that the OTC is just in a downward cycle and it will return. It's not.
