Construction costs are elevated. So are iron and other commodity prices. If we wait for construction prices to decrease, it’ll probably also mean decreased commodity prices. And then instead of being told the reason for no action is expensive construction prices, they’ll tell us the problem is it doesn’t make sense for action because of deflated iron ore prices. It’s the chicken or the egg. I mean we could wait until 2037 when construction prices are down because robots do all the work. Do the construction. Then maybe in 2048 iron prices will be back up. We’re gonna be here all day. I don’t get it. Draining this thing for the cash is something all these bums should want to do before they die. You know what they say, you can’t take paperwork for an iron mine into the grave with you!
