So it wasn’t Covid’s fault?

9 million spent well before having an actual license with final stamped DEM approval (not LOI) and well before state statute required public hearing and midnight law.

Ceo made out fine now having it all to himself. Shareholders holding the bag due to very poor business decisions by the ceo.

Horrible choice for a location and signing a lease from for 200k per year and never getting final approval/license
