Did some research on the safe harbor act. It’s meant to protect CEO’s from events that are outside of their control. When you say four times that you’re unwinding MIKAH and you don’t, that may be deemed outside of the scope of safe harbor. Nasrat has no reason or obstacles to unwinding the company and the relationship.
