9 mil loss for 3 mil write-off

The equipment is not being put to good use.

Ceo put up no collateral as part of the Medi-Ri/Medrecycler LLC PPA. Ceo and Snpw had poor credit so gave away the farm having to form a Ri entity (to get a bond) and gave away 50% of the profits. Then got sued by shareholders for such a horrible business decision, after already spending 9 mil in equipment/freight/assembly/facility lease.

Not too mention 650,000,000 of shares issued during the same 9 mil spending spree.
