When someone invests even a penny, everything is on them afterwards. Same thing when brokers allow scam tickers to be quoted, they should be held liable also. It's like if I went to Safeway and purchased a gallon of milk but discovered it was water dyed white. Forget the company that sold it, I should go to Safeway and say you are allowing FRAUDULENT items to be sold to the public. Whoever is quoting the prices for these dead stocks are the first problem to be dealt with.
