Would be sweet if it was, and why it was part of the plan from the beginning. I really couldn't see why they were doing a share buyback in the first place, unless there was an advantage of some kind. Just RS. Never thought about tax write off. I think a plan is in place, just can't figure it out. Talking about SS here. Business, I'm not worried about.
