The share price is much ABOVE what it's really worth...it's an empty shell that thankfully is Pink Current and no debt except that it has a Major Conumbdrum that it might owe a person 100+ million shares...So yeah SUB~PENNY is it's overvalued worth according to shareholders who sold and MM that are price adjusting as every day goes by...
