Yes, i saw that and i believe you are correct on his background...

someone that I may not choose But if he is providing accounting services for x amount of years in the proper fashion then i guess it is what it is.

I never looked into the background of everyone I hire for services.... including my tax person.

I am also sure that some of the cats that MW is dealing with in Mx are not so savory as well.
Either way, imo, get the job done.
As politics makes strange bedfellows so does business peeps as well.
