Anyone shorting the 5 stocks on that list in the message I'm responding to is likely screwed, especially the one that still trades and is no longer caveat emptor.

My assumption is that some shorts "diversified" by shorting across those stocks and so their portfolio will be adversely affected regardless of which of the 5 move upward.

This could cause a "knock on" effect where they are forced to liquidate short positions across the portfolio, including ERHE.

Which could then result in a short squeeze.

Plus there may also be opportunistic longs looking to take advantage by buying these stocks as well.

It could get very ugly for the shorts very fast...
