SEC up next in Miller case

They know hes KILCHESKY and the WHISTLEBLOWER that reported his dumb ass in Nov 2017.
I believe their intent has been to drop all charges because they pled guilty 2 securities fraud via the DOJ case.
The DOJ also received all info on KILCHESKY long before he was sentenced.
That came from a DOJ designated victim who was in contact with the court on Millers actual identity. Once that little issue was they removed the victim who had all rights provided under the VICTIMS PROTECTION ACT and WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTIONS PROVIDED BY CONGRESS.

Civil RICO will be filed then because the DEFENDANT list will not b determined until all potential aiders and abetters have been identified by their actions
