What is everyone thinking regarding the actual cause of SEC suspension (not being able to prove contracts)? If this were my company and some authoritative body wanted proof of anything financial, whether it was $10 or $8mil, it would take me about 5 minutes to provide more proof than a bureaucratic geek could shake a stick at. Incontrovertable. That's the neat thing about money. You can prove pretty much everything about it in relative short order.

Did JP provide the proof yet? If not, why do you think?
