I understand your concern and frustration
I think recent shares dillution was due to debtor shares conversion not the company intention at all
CEO mentioned the money will follow intelligence and will increase the shareholder values
I said this $42 mil merger deal could change everything financially
There will many options to settle the debt and RS won’t be necessary once the debt are cleared
Everyone will agree that this deal closing news is so massive enough to explode Pps 1000% or more
Many Wallstreet traders and hedge fund managers will try to buy out this severely undervalued AI company with 39 patents
