There’s a lawsuit against Roger’s LLC for “Breach of Contract” and another lawsuit against Roger and his LLC for “Other employment”.

Background info & update: Roger registered “Bistro 7 LLC” on 2/23/2021 and apparently used OPTI assets to open a restaurant in Carlsbad CA. (I’ve provided details about that before.)

The LLC is still active, but Roger missed the most recent CA SOI filing date on 2/28/2023. https://bizfileonline.sos.ca.gov/search/business

Bistro 7 restaurant in Carlsbad CA closed shortly after a “soft opening” in August 2022. The restaurant reopened as “Bistro 7 & Cannon Club” in March (based on reviews), with its grand opening 4/25/2023. IDK if Roger is currently involved. (The restaurant is located in “Cannon Court”, a planned commercial property located at the intersection of I-5 and Cannon Road in Carlsbad.)

There are also Facebook and Instagram accounts.

The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce lists Roger Pawson as the contact for Bistro 7; it says “New Member” and “Member Since: 2023”. (IDK if the info is current.)
