Answered that question several times. Sorry if you can't understand such a basic concept. My strategy for erhe is follow the advice of the SEC, OTC Markets, and most U.S. brokerages and do not buy this non-reporting piece of crap. Doesn't get any easier to understand than that.

Sitting with dead money for 5 years or more waiting for the "big news" is not a good investing strategy, particularly when management has chosen to operate like a private company.
