I’m guessing “bagholder” is merely a euphemism for “whoever bought yesterday and is now in the green.”
Since everybody in the OTC for more than a week knows that you sell enough on the first pop to get your money back, then set stop losses on the way.
Nobody buys at the high and rides it down for a 95% loss.
Nobody.
If a stock starts to drop, they sell and put their money into the latest runner.
Enough will hit to offset losses.
That’s how it’s done in real life.
