Thats not the only way to be compliant here for purposes of just having the pink limited tier. You keep thinking this has to automatically turn SEC current. It doesn’t. It has to just comply with the rules set forth for companies trying to become SEC registrar but are currently pink limited. They literally have specific rules and we covered it AD NASUEM here.

Read the darn rule changes!! Educate yourself first.
