i dont know about 9 months, but yes stock prices can be higher based on what the future holds...that can be quantified utilizing a p/e ratio...but that requires earnings...

without earnings, revenue, or even a product that is available, its pretty hard to legitimately calculate the potential for price increases...

thats why in kblb's case, higher prices are news driven...thats why the risk is so much higher...thats why there is so much speculation...its all about future POTENTIAL...one either believes that potential exists or its time to just move on...
