If .0008 falls to .0001 you lose -87.5%.
If .08 falls to .0001 you lose --99.87499999999999%
If $4.00 falls to .0001 you lose --99.99749999999999%.

The first is now with no RS
The second is now with a 1:100 RS
The second is now with a 1:5,000 RS

Among other things a RS drastically increases how far a stock can fall. If the worst happened now you'd still have 12.5% of your investment.With the other two you'd be wiped out. So Rick might as well do a 1:5,000 RS.
