No - I think it's absolutely absurd and makes zero sense. I was responding to jufel's post, where he asserted this could happen - at a minimum. IMO it's ridiculous - why in the world would they do that? To get to $4 and still not qualify for NASDAQ because their market cap would be far too low? What in the world would be the point of that?
