Glad the SEC is cracking down on these kind of toxic companies.

As far as PCTL not being mentioned

I'm sure there are many other companies auctus took advantage of.

I'm not an attorney but the way I see it this is a criminal complaint filed against auctus, not a civil complaint. The SEC is not representing any of the tickers above.

If the SEC wins its case I would think companies auctus screwed over the years would be lining up to sue them just as PCTL did.
