Nils says two underwriters should be secured for BMXI in the next 30 days. By the end of the third quarter the registration and filing of the audit should be done and BMXI should be well on it's way to a Nasdaq listing.

The date of the next conference call should be given in the next seven to ten days according to the call. Looking forward to more positive news as the registration and audit process comes to a conclusion with approval from the SEC.
