You are 100% correct...He is finally showing his true colors. He just posted on wdlf chat board that once RS is approved they will be going through with it no matter what the pps is.

They filed a P/R last year promising not to do RS until pps of .05 or higher. That was an official press release...opens them up for a lawsuit im assuming. I may even sue them myself for blantantly lying to get me to buy shares.
