The big problemos for the ERHC shorters started when it came out that there was High Stakes (per KOSMOS Top Lawyer Daniel Charest) going on over just one simple, shitty ERHC block in the EEZ...

That was/is the very reason why bankruptcy is just a pipe dream for ERHC shorters.

And now they are stuck here, as we can witness on a daily basis....

They even had to come up with a totally new ERHC "investing strategy" in order to try to justify their daily, very time consuming, presense: spreading negative, irrealistic, absurd ERHC bullshit.
