Actively working to fight the obesity problem plaguing our country (donuts just one example) would be a much better use of one's time compared to spreading falsehoods about a stale company like erhc (fake phone conversations, made up short positions, dollars/share, buyout deal, etc.).

The SEC, the OTC Markets group, and most brokerages in the U.S. know how bad a company erhc is and they are actively discouraging and even preventing foolish investors from buying erhe stock. I have no problem participating in that effort, particularly when it comes to debunking falsehoods spread by erhe's largest shareholder and his group of stuck investors.
