not sure how Nils can get this onto the Nasdaq with out great earnings and large trading vol.
There are 4 set of creteria and a company needs to meet one of those sets.Share price must be $2-$4 depending upon which set they qualify for. Number of shareholders varies depending on which set. They may need 450 to 550 excluding officers
OTC is an exclusive type club they have high standards.
