Someone on another board got a reply from management and I copied and posting it here now…Anyway sounds like they are changing IR so maybe we here news soon…Here is the reply… this is what they sent me.

My apologies for the delay. As we're switching IR team so there is some delay in response.

For the F-1/A, the major update we made is the 2022 financials. And we also amend it to reflect some comments that SEC staff provided earlier. The shares that we're registering remain unchanged.

The 20-F that we filed in April was a bit special. As our business combination was completed January 4, 2023, the financial statements we included in 20-F are Model Performance Acquisition Corp.'s as they remained as the listed entity as of December 31, 2022. We filed a separate 20FR12B/A along with the 20-F on the same day, and it includes the financial statements and management's discussion of the target company.
