Come place an order on same price. I invite everybody else too also as a protest order. I think it's a good price and good punch in the mouth to her heinous that diluted everybody here at a price a little higher than that by a fraction if memory serves correct. That's what they think of you all.
After pondering it the last 24 hours, I have a third theory I lean to that explains everything nicely. Although, I could still be wrong. It explains their motives to me but pure speculation.
THEY LOATHE SHAREHOLDERS. That was DD's Freudian slip last year and when he claimed they loathed Noble Roman. If they loathed him after all his work, they loath everybody. Including DD. Including all those Asian investors that I *suspect* ran the price up to over .20 two years ago which coincidentally happened the day of a meeting in China unveila the ticker EVCC as their vehicle. I think they even loathe their own that went around them. Called their families or whatnot in the USA to buy the stock directly. Thereby circumventing EVCC (now YBCN) all together. They want the money and control.
2. Their purpose to "better attract" institutional investors is nonsensical. It's just a reason stated. It's illogical because they *never* tried to attract any investors. Except those withing their own fold and control where they want them to come through their own way. By giving money to them for admittance. They loathe us because we would stand to profit and they don't care about anyone but themselves. We would just be downward pressure on their stock with profits they would never see. So fu#@ everybody that bought at .20, including all those people in their own meetings that went around them. That's my theory.
3. I only skimmed and see that they intend to do this within the next 20 days. That's *not* enough time to do a story in my opinion so I don't think there is a reasonable expectation of some uplisting/story plan. I think they'll reverse split here which would look retarded but I think it makes more sense in the context of "loathing" everybody here. Have they done anything for anybody here? No.
4. So, don't bail. Protest. And kick them in the mouth when they need you. Because when you needed them, where were they?
5. As for government being "useless" this is actually the more deregulated exchange. It's not Nasdaq. Ironically, it's why I like this exchange because peo[ple that vote against themselves need to be fleeced. They need to feel pain to stop voting against themselves. If you voted for deregulation, you voted against yourself. This is what you get. Less regulation. You get what you ask for. Government is only good to the extend that its citizens allow it to function properly. Not in divided government where their budgets are probably cut. Scam artists LOVE deregulation. They don't want to be told no. So stop voting against yourself!
6. It may actually look prettier so they do have a point. But to the "loathed" they don't care about you. At this price, I think it would be good and may actually be prettier. For those that bought at .20, that would become $4 and they can probably kiss their hineys goodbye. Hopefully mostly Chinese people that didn't come to communicate to us becauase that would be Karma. We had to find out ourselves. Whath comes around goes around. So, let them capitulate to .0016. Remove your order if that's one of you at .0032 right now and come down with me and FireMed to .0016. And get under her heinous.
7. Don't get mad. Get even. This is precisely why Noble Roman had to be busted out of prison by the "mob." Because of USELESS Government. Or Law enforcement in this case. Allowing it self to be manipulated by DD the same way politicians manipulate you to vote against yourselves. Quit being victims and start being pro-active. They are not our friends. In my eyes.
