Getting the cart before the horse. I'll wait till the CEO of APRU or the owners of Lena say they have completed all the necessary steps before I worry about any clerk.

It's more complicated than meeting people at church to set up business deals. Running a public company is not the same level as blogging about them, you know, pubco's have to do everything legally.
