What is there to keep the price up, or even steady.

Company basically stated they have little cash to move forward, the SPAC deal was so nebulous that no one can value what it means to SIRC shareholders. I wonder if it was even done with the new management's consent, as it was Massey's last act before he cancelled his Preferred A (voting control) stock. The CEO basically said we will not hear from him for 90 days.

So why should anyone buy. And if no one buys, gravity will just inch it downward.
