a. Nothing is happening! There are and have been many steps forward that have come out from Feed Earth Now , Terreplenish, said before do not underestimate what they have been doing.
b. The Feed Earth Now and Terreplenish folks are not worried about things moving forward, in fact have increased postings and increased there sales and marketing .
c. The Easy Energy Systems Team have been moving forward with various projects , they have not been deterred by the Merger not being completed.

d. The Point is and has been stated by Mark , it is going to happen. Now has it happened in the timeline many have wanted it to , of course is has not. However it had many moving parts, some that all know changed and then change leads to adjustments. I am good with what is going on and understand you have once chance to Legally set up Corporation (Public) articles and they best be done right , with all Intellecutal Property , Trademarks, Patents , Funding and other contractual agreements in place and done right.

e. Mark G could have easily said , I have decided to stay Private in Business and not continue this pursuit, but THAT HAS NOT HAPPPENED, or has it ever been indicated. It is going to happen and when it does there will be a catalyst(s) that comes with it.
