Subtle clue experts don't ignore "the auditor is reviewing financial statements for 2021/22." That does not sound like they are all done.

An assessment of Nils jargon finds a muti- and counter-directional description of status of the Brookmount audit process and SEC filings.

"Auditor reviewing,"
"legal team preparing"
"draft audited statements" sound like placeholders for actual 'audited statements', within the still-being-prepared Registration statement.

Does not sound complete to a reasonable reader, considering too that yet again Brookmount has yet filed its past years' audited 10-K annual reports.

"While finalized" can also mean 'generally speaking', not that the audit is finalized. That's how Nils works, with double speak.

Flakey mngt missing promise after promise, missing target after target, is exactly what serious metal investors avoid and thus elect to disregard for their metals/mining investments. That's just fact.
