The owner of the lost CERT who took Tony’s money over 3 years ago obviously wants something else in order to (ahem) find it so it can be cancelled.

No one in their right mind would take APRU’s preferred shares until that mess Tony created is cleaned up.

The question I have is, is the money man still interested in funding this venture?

We’ll see, but never underestimate what a pinky can do. I’ve seen them run up big time on complete and utter bullshit, including this POS.
