doesn't have to be a lawyer just an officer of the company to file the form 10.
and if the company does have a lawyer file it is not a muti week process. LaWyers have lots of standard forms they give to the secretary to fill in the blanks. AN officero the company does need to sign usually the secretary/ treasure.
