Do not confuse the routine use of SEC/FDA/Legal mandated legalize language with a sell signal. That is an amateur mistake. Even stocks like Pfizer, Amazon and Google use the same language.

"could" support further discussions
"potential" new clinical studies

It does not say dead, deceased, game over.

RVVTF is the first OTC stock I have seen that even started a real phase III trial. And a Canadian one at that.

Plenty of real junk stocks to beat up on. This ain't one of them.
