Jourdan Extends Hard Dollar Financing and Announces $1,000,000 Flow-Through Financing

TORONTO, May 24, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JOURDAN RESOURCES INC. (TSXV: JOR; FRA: 2JR1) (“Jourdan” or the “Company“) announces today that the it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) to extend the closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing of units (each, a “Unit”) at a price of $0.07 per Unit (the “Offering”) for gross proceeds of up to $3 million to June 18, 2023. The Company closed a first tranche of the Offering on April 21, 2023 (the “First Tranche”) and anticipates that the second and final tranche closing will occur on or before June 1, 2023.
