J, I'm not in the stock, and I never give buy or sell recommendations. Having said that, and after going through the Great Panther debacle; these small miners all struggle with turning a profit, regardless of the metal prices. It seems to me, they just reverse split and dilute, so they can keep drawing a paycheck, for as long as possible.

Maybe they can find a private placement at or near the split price, but even if they do, it is unlikely to hold up long. Just my opinion.
