NONE of us will know what the outcome for shareholders will be until it actually occurs. Actuality is, the Co has NOT performed as projected and revenues are essentially what they were at the time of the pvsp deal. EVERYTHING is still conjecture based upon ‘Safe Harbor’ PR’s. I will personally not buy more stock until or if it hits trip one. Smart money is at trip one and two and regardless of the BS, Riss is still leading the pack. Everything has been designed re PRs to absorb the conversions and other stock trades for services rendered. This is one of many tiny pot trades and the relevance re what Congress does or doesn’t do is meaningless to Zen/pvsp at this point. It is only relevant to the large successful and well capitalized pot Cos and especially big tobacco who will control the sector.
