So why shouldn't a pissed off shareholder complain? Oh look, OVER TWO YEARS now and back to SUB PENNY!! What an "investment" so far, er? smh

Here is an old tweet by GS himself. Certainly seemed like things would run very smoothly back then:

George Sharp - CEO of FORW, SRNW, WNFT & GVSI

I have acquired the books & records of $GVSI. Former mgmt will stay out of the way. Sec. Counsel is now working to update NV SOS which should be competed in the next day or so & access to OTC Markets is expected in the next couple of weeks. The Contempt Motion will be dismissed.

But, now, after more than TWO YEARS, not a single "Trifecta" ticker has gotten a merger. Why?

And then there's this by GS also:

George Sharp

I am a major $HMBL investor both directly and indirectly through $FORW. That does not mean that I will not call out mistakes. It's what makes me credible. I am also an investor in $TSLA and that genius/idiot makes tons of mistakes.

Seems GS complains and gets frustrated himself!! Why can't other shareholders?

Let me use a sports team analogy. If a sports team failed to live up to expectations would anyone have a right to complain? I think they would and with some possibly thinking a big loss might be comparable to the "Hindenburg Disaster" =O

https://www.si.com/nhl/2023/05/01/stunned-bruins-broadcaster-compares-game-7-loss-hindenburg-disaster

It was a disappointing end to a season brimming with promise, and the loss prompted an eyebrow-raising call from play-by-play commentator Jack Edwards, who compared Boston’s playoffs defeat to the Hindenburg disaster.

Seriously, is GS possibly dragging his feet for some reason? I mean, share cancellations weren't even listed ias part of "the process" (possible "sub steps"?) yet it seems they are the ONLY thing keeping him from, FINALLY, moving on to Step #7. THE MERGER(S)!!

@GeorgeASharp
There's a lot of sub steps in between these steps, including:
a) Update/acquire and pay Registered Agent
b) Pay Secretary of State
c) Pay off Transfer Agent
d) Pay lawyers
e) Pay OTC Markets

The process
1) Apply for custodianship
2) Win custodianship
3) Update Secretary of State
4) Apply for OTCIQ access
5) Complete and upload financials
6) Be deemed current
7) Bring asset into deal

DO NOT ask me how long this all takes. It takes as long as it takes.

As of now, I believe, for at least some shareholders, the "Trifecta" tickers might feel like a disaster to them. frown
