don't dump your shares yet....the deal is getting bigger and bigger with each day that passes before closing occurs. we should see $30 w/in a few days after announcement of land purchase is completed!!! ahahhahahahahahahahaha

I don't think i have ever seen a opportunity be in a closing stage for this long...it simply is unbelievable. you can't make this up!
