Bizapedia is NOT an illegal website, nor is it harmful or malicious. The website aggregates information that is legit. The aggregated information is public but often scattered and hard to collect on your own. You can do your own research, comb through the Internet and different government databases, and gather the same information. However, Bizapedia has already done all the work for you. It has captured all the publicly available (but scattered) information and put everything together in an organized manner.

Some other reviewers are upset at Bizapedia because it reveals information about them and their businesses that they want to keep private. However, they publicly registered those information when they registered their companies. Those are publicly available information, which they want to keep away from other people. So they demanded Bizapedia to remove their information, and Bizapedia refused. That is why they rated down the website.
