Just understand that I keep hearing about restricted stock. The easiest way around that is to short it knowing you either have the stock to cover after restriction is eliminated or if it goes to zero you cover at zero. That’s how people get around the restriction. I know that because I’ve done it before with stock I had that was restricted. Don’t look at short interest to see if that’s happening because short interest on pinks is never reported accurately.
