You're finally seeing the reality of VCSY. There's nothing here. I think somehow this new "management" got duped (possibly by Portuno, like you did) or they saw a way to grab some of the money that remains via Now Solutions. Now Solutions was bringing in $4-5M a year when this all went to heII. Where is that money going? Someone is making off with it while nobody's looking. After years, there is still no business plan. Wade lost his stock. He's out of the picture now. The hype has ended. So what is the status of this so-called "company"? Nobody know.
