This stock stays right here until the SS is dealt with. Rick may use some of his cash to reduce shares in a buy back, but that will be limited. He won't go beyond a few hundred grand or he would have done an IPO. That might get rid of about 500 million shares, but that is a drop in the bucket with this SS. Need to face facts about an R/S. Not coming right away, but coming. It is the only real tool Rick will have to get this stock moving up.
