Join the MULN buying party and buy 21 mill on tuesday. See how it works out for ya. Before you do you may want to look at previous institutional buys and the chart after they bought. Hasn't worked out well so far, but the future is unknown. I'll bet they didn't appreciate losing shares via the r/s. Bear in mind institutional investors are playing with other peoples money. If their average proves overall wise decision making, then they will have minimal complaints from supervisors about the investments that did not work out well. That's called "under the wire", lol!
